We are a dedicated Gluten-Free production facility, located in Mora, Mn., selling our exceptional-quality Gluten-Free products.  Our Gluten-Free Bakers work hard  to create superior bakery products that are safe for those who are gluten intolerant – and that are also delicious! We listen closely to our customers to ensure that we meet their specific needs.

New Generation Bakery,  opened June 2016. However, we have over a hundred years of baking experience behind us through our founding sister establishment, Rush City Bakery. We are associated with the Upper Midwest Bakery Association (UMBA), licensed by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, and National Science Foundation (NSF) certified.
